WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

You will learn to create opportunities and build trust with homeowners and business owners. This is a face-to-face professional role where you will:

• Engage with 2 to 4 customers daily to identify exterior repair or upgrade needs
• Guide them through inspections, insurance claims, or restoration options
• Present clear, value-driven solutions with full project transparency
• Train weekly with mentors who want you to win

Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First Month: $5,000 to $8,000 (with performance-based bonuses)

Experienced Reps: $12,000 to $20,000+ per month

Sales Leaders: $200,000 to $350,000+ annually
