A temporary opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in an elementary school setting in San Marcos, TX. This is a contract position covering a leave, providing essential support to students requiring speech and language services.

Responsibilities include

• Conducting speech and language evaluations and assessments for a caseload of approximately 50 students
• Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
• Participating in meetings and consultations as needed to ensure integrated support

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working as an SLP in a school or educational environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of elementary school speech and language development
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and communicate effectively with children and adults
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent documentation skills
