Travel Registered Nurse - Telemetry | San Marcos, Texas

Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Active RN license in the state of Texas or compact state eligibility
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry nursing
- Proficient in cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and adaptability skills
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care to patients requiring cardiac telemetry
- Monitor vital signs and continuously interpret telemetry readings
- Promptly identify and respond to cardiac irregularities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate optimal patient care
- Administer medications and interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Educate patients and families on cardiac care and recovery processes
- Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
