Location: Multiple locations throughout Central Texas

Overview

A well-established Texas community bank is adding a Commercial Lender to support continued growth in its local market. This role emphasizes relationship banking over transactional volume, with strong internal credit and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a commercial loan portfolio (C&I and owner-occupied CRE)
• Develop new relationships through referrals, COIs, and existing clients
• Structure deals in partnership with credit and underwriting
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial banking experience
• Background in C&I and/or CRE lending
• Relationship-focused, community banking mindset

Compensation
