Responsibilities

• Prepare sandwiches and other food items according to customer orders
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and fryers
• Ensure food is cooked and prepared to company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with stocking ingredients and supplies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering questions
• Use Aloha POS system to process customer transactions
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to customers

Skills

• Previous experience in food service or a similar role preferred
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Cash handling experience and proficiency with cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing procedures or menu items
