Custodian Janitor

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Custodian/Janitor to join our school community. This position plays a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students,

staff, and families.

Responsibilities include

• Cleaning and vacuuming classrooms, offices, and hallways
• Sanitizing restrooms and common areas
• Emptying trash and recycling bins
• Wiping down and cleaning lunch tables
• Maintaining cleanliness of school grounds (including walkways and entry areas)
• Performing light maintenance and other cleaning tasks as assigned
• Following safety protocols when handling cleaning supplies and equipment

Qualifications

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to supporting a positive and safe school environment
• Willingness to support the school's Catholic mission and values

Schedule: Mondays-Fridays (excluding days off or holiday breaks), summers off, 4:00 p.m.-midnight
