As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you'll exemplify the operational brilliance that sets the Starbucks Experience apart. Required Experience

  • At least 1-year customer service experience in a retail or restaurant setting
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Adherence to store's operational policies, superior food and beverage quality, secure cash handling, and overall store safety
  • Six-months customer-facing role experience
  • Ability to guide and prepare food and beverages to standard or modified recipes
  • Minimum six months of managerial or supervisory experience
