We’re looking for energetic, guest-focused Taproom Associates to join our innovative Tapville Mobile team! Tapville redefines the beverage experience with our self-pour technology—letting guests sample, sip, and explore a rotating selection of craft beer, wine, and cocktails at their own pace. As a Taproom Associate, you’ll help deliver a fun, interactive, and memorable hospitality experience at events, weddings, and festivals throughout the community.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide guidance on using Tapville’s self-pour system.
  • Educate guests about different beverages on tap, including flavors, styles, and pairings.
  • Ensure every guest enjoys a safe and engaging experience while following responsible serving practices.
  • Assist in opening and closing setup, ensuring mobile unit is clean and organized.
  • Maintain tap lines, restock kegs, and monitor pour systems to ensure smooth operation.
  • Promote Tapville’s brand and interactive concept through friendly, knowledgeable interaction.
  • Process payments and manage guest accounts using point-of-sale (POS) software.
  • Perform inventory checks, restocking, and cleanliness of the mobile taproom.
  • Represent Tapville’s high standard of service and commitment to innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Interest or background in hospitality, events, or beverage service.
  • Must be 18+ and able to lift or move kegs and event equipment safely. Equipment could weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Basic technical comfort using POS systems and self-pour systems (training provided).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced event settings.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules.
