Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting them with product selection, answering questions, and addressing their concerns.
Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Assist with merchandise displays, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to store improvements.
Stay informed about new products, promotions, and company initiatives.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Skills

Proven sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience in cash handling and operating a cash register.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Familiarity with stock management practices to maintain inventory levels.
Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient sales processing.
Supervisory skills to assist in managing team dynamics when needed.
Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
