Store Manager - San Marcos, TX

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee our high-traffic San Marcos location. This role requires a dynamic leader who thrives in an outlet-driven environment and understands how to maximize traffic, conversion, and team productivity within footwear retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a high-volume retail environment
• Drive sales performance and exceed KPIs
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and team development
• Maintain strong floor presence and support consultative footwear sales
• Oversee inventory flow, replenishment, and loss prevention
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of store management experience (high-volume or outlet experience preferred)
