Schedule: Full-Time | Must be available to work Friday and Saturday

Position Overview

As the Treatment Coordinator, you will be the bridge between patients and the clinical team, helping patients clearly understand their treatment options, financial responsibilities, and the value of completing recommended care. What You'll Do

  • Confidently present treatment plans, using your dental knowledge to explain procedures in easy-to-understand terms.
  • Guide financial conversations—review insurance benefits, calculate patient co-pays, and present financing options to remove barriers to treatment.
  • Track and achieve case acceptance goals, working closely with the doctor and team to ensure patients start treatment promptly.
  • Proactively follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment, building relationships and encouraging them to move forward.
  • Partner with the dentist and clinical team to maximize schedule efficiency and production goals.
  • Monitor and report case acceptance metrics to help the team hit monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Act as the patient’s advocate and main point of contact, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from consultation to completion.
