What You’ll Own (Day-to-Day)

• Guest experience + hospitality standards (floor presence matters)
• Team leadership: hiring, training, coaching, accountability
• Shift execution in a high-volume environment (speed and accuracy)
• Cleanliness, organization, and discipline in guest-facing areas
• Systems follow-through (schedules, checklists, labor awareness, waste control)
• Helping the GM build leaders and protect culture
