Responsible for: N/A

Job Purpose: The

server is responsible for all aspects of guest relations, service, and general

upkeep of the restaurant and related areas.

Main Duties &

Responsibilities:·

· Set up rooms, align furniture, lamps, and tables

·

Deliver exceptional service and create

memorable experiences for our guests

·

Maintain a properly set wait station (see SOP’s)

·

Stock linen, pens, rubber bands, checkbooks, notepads, and roll receipt paper as needed

·

With a keen attention to detail and a warm demeanor,

you'll ensure that patrons feel welcomed, cared for, and attended to throughout their visit

·

Describe menu items and wine as requested, per

training

·

Follow the service and house standard and

expectations at all times

·

Organize service station and service bar station, making sure pitchers are aligned in 2

rows of 3-4 and that they are freshly washed

·

Put order through in properly

·

Handle all payment methods

·

Ensure that all closing side work is thoroughly

completed

Desirable

·

Excellent

interpersonal skills.

Ability

to work flexible hours.

Physical Requirements

·

Able to work standing for a minimum period of 8

hours a day

·

Periodical bending, kneeling, and stretching

·

Able to pull, push, carry and lift at least 40

pounds of force

·

Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold

objects with hands

·

Knowledge of drink recipes, Standard Signature

drinks and wine lists

·

Working knowledge of POS system and cashiering

·

Understanding: Ability to read, comprehend and

carry out instructions according to established procedures

·

Comprehension: Fluent in the English language

·

Organizational Skills: Work efficiently, utilize

multi-tasking, prioritize tasks

·

Hygiene and Sanitation: Adherence to uniform,

grooming and personal hygiene standards and expectations per SOP’s

·

Punctuality: Adherence to posted schedule and

arrival time and attendance at mandatory meetings when scheduled

·

Responsibility: Personal comportment in line

with Standard, New York policies, standards, and expectations
