We are seeking reliable and hardworking Rodbusters to join our precast production team. The Rodbuster will install, tie, and secure steel reinforcement (rebar) used in concrete panels and structural components. This role is essential to ensuring our products meet safety, strength, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, bend, and place rebar according to blueprints and project specifications
• Tie steel reinforcement using appropriate hand tools and power tools
• Assemble rebar cages, mats, and grids for precast panels
• Position rebar using chairs, spacers, blocks, and supports
• Read and interpret construction drawings, bar lists, and diagrams
• Ensure reinforcement is properly secured before concrete pours
• Follow all safety protocols, including PPE, equipment use, and job site procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in rebar installation, construction, or precast manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and rebar layouts
• Physically able to lift heavy materials, bend, kneel, and work on your feet
• Able to work in fast-paced, outdoor, or production environments
• Familiarity with rebar tools such as benders, cutters, and tying tools
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team

Pay

$17/hr

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm must be able to work overtime
