Real Estate Agent

We’re looking for a full-time, (Part time possible) on-site Real Estate Agent who’s ready to grow with us in the Central Texas market. This is more than just showing homes... it’s about being a trusted guide for your clients, from first showing to final signature and everything in between.

You’ll be

• Helping clients buy and sell homes in a fast-moving, competitive market
• Holding showings, writing offers, and managing transactions
• Prospecting for new business and nurturing relationships with past clients
• Staying up to date on local inventory and market trends
• Working alongside our team to build a reputation of excellence and reliability

This is a great role for someone who wants mentorship, flexibility, and the support of a broker who gets it... because I’ve been in your shoes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent
• Great with people: you know how to listen, follow up, and build trust
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic (no one’s babysitting here)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own time
• Comfortable learning new systems (CRMs, MLS, digital tools, etc.)
• Knowledge of Central Texas! (especially San Marcos, Kyle, Buda, and surrounding areas)
