Bilingual Procurement Specialist

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Procurement Specialist to join their client's dynamic team in San Marcos, California. This role requires a motivated individual who can manage procurement tasks efficiently while contributing to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
• Communicating with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and secure favorable terms.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with relevant departments to forecast supply needs.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts within the procurement system.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and best practices.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations throughout the procurement process.
• Providing support in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to procurement activities.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Previous experience in procurement or a related field is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay

Pay between $24 - 28 per hour

Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
