Job responsibilities

Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in the medical record. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor patient response. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts. Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring as indicated.
