Essential Responsibilities

• Precision Maintenance: Execute fundamental automotive services with absolute precision, including professional oil changes, fluid level top-offs, and filter replacements, adhering to strict mechanical guidelines.
• Tire Services: Safely operate heavy machinery to mount, balance, and rotate tires. You will expertly utilize hydraulic lifts and torque wrenches to ensure customer vehicles are completely secure.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a pristine, accident-free environment. You must strictly follow all OSHA and internal safety protocols when handling hazardous fluids, operating lifts, or navigating the busy shop floor.
• Customer Integrity: Provide polite, transparent service. While your primary role is in the bay, you will occasionally interact with customers to explain the services performed, building deep trust in the Walmart brand.
