A Timeline of Your Deli Day

• 8:00 AM - Kitchen Readiness & Huddle: Arrive at the store and join a brief, positive in-person huddle. You will deploy to the Deli section, ensuring the hot cases are safely powered on, slicing machines are sanitized, and the fresh display is beautifully presented.
• 10:00 AM - Culinary Preparation: Execute the savory operations of the deli. You will safely operate commercial slicers for premium meats and cheeses, fry fresh chicken, and prepare specialized grab-and-go meals according to strict recipe standards.
• 1:00 PM - Customer Hospitality: Manage the lunch rush. You will warmly greet customers at the counter, fulfilling custom slicing orders with precision, and offering polite culinary suggestions to enhance their dining experience.
• 3:30 PM - Sanitation & Wrap Up: Finish your shift by executing rigorous food safety protocols. You will properly package and rotate unsold inventory, sanitize all cutting surfaces, and ensure the department is spotless for the evening crew.
