Job Duties and Responsibilities of Hourly Supervisor & Training:

• Provide leadership, training, and support to associates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting and assisting customers.
• Monitor department standards and merchandise availability.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
• Plan and prepare for upcoming events affecting the department.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using basic math skills.

Qualifications and Experience of Hourly Supervisor & Training:
