Job Duties and Responsibilities of Retail Operations Manager:

Qualifications and Experience of Retail Operations Manager:

• Successful completion of a bachelor's degree program and at least two years of hands-on experience in general management, including financial accountability and overseeing a team of 50+ nonexempt and over 5 exempt employees. The role entails tasks such as performance management, coaching, recruitment, and termination. Alternatively, four years of general management experience with a similar level of supervisory oversight could be considered.
• Achieving success in all required training sessions and assessments.
• Selling firearms could involve mandatory firearms-specific background checks and training to be satisfactorily fulfilled.
