First grader nanny needed for a warm and loving family. Must have a genuine passion for childcare and a nurturing disposition. Previous experience working with young children preferred. Ability to create a safe and engaging environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with young children. Familiarity with basic educational and developmental needs of first graders. Flexibility in availability and willingness to assist with light housekeeping tasks. CPR and First Aid certification a plus.
